Wonderful stories, Norman. They brought back memories of the “trains, planes, and automobiles” days—traveling across Europe in pursuit of the great restaurants. I remember changing clothes in the car, parked outside Alain Chapel just in time for lunch, then driving three hours to make it to dinner at another three-star temple of gastronomy.
